Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of translating directly from original Sanskrit texts, sharing the living teachings of the Trika and Krama traditions. These transmissions form the heart of what I offer, through more than twenty publications and countless hours of shared practice.
My journey led me to India, where I lived for several years to study with teachers rooted in this lineage. It was there that I also learned Sanskrit and the Vina (indian sacred music) — both essential gateways into the spirit of this tradition.
What I share today is drawn from that lived experience: not a theory, but a path — one that can be explored wherever you are, in your own life, at your own rhythm.

Teacher

I hold a doctorate in comparative philosophy, with a special focus on the non-dual Śaivism of Kashmir — a luminous tantric tradition from India that embraces everyday experience, the body, and the arts as paths of awakening.
I regularly offer teachings in this tradition, both through ongoing classes and immersive retreats.

David Dubois, philosopher and Sanskrit scholar, has been devoted to the practice and teaching of meditation and inner life since the early 2000s. His spiritual journey led him to India, where he received direct transmission of Tantric teachings from within the living tradition.

Author and translator of around twenty works, David brings to light the richness of classical texts, making their depth accessible to the modern seeker. His approach weaves together a deep reverence for ancient wisdom with a grounded openness to the challenges and possibilities of contemporary life.

Alongside his publications, David offers online courses in Tantra and yoga, as well as in-person retreats and workshops. These offerings are designed to support each individual on the path of inner awakening — cultivating presence, clarity, and harmony between body, mind, and soul.
